That was for the schools to be on the internet. Two local school districts contacted the feds and were told how much they had been allotted and were given the go ahead to wire up. After the job was finished they were still looking for the money so they contacted the feds again. Seems like the money they were promised was spent elsewhere leaving the two districts 1/2 million bucks in the hole. But it was for the children. Right.
