The stuff about ATM and losing market share later is more
smokescreen. ALA, I am sure are looking at the whole picture of NN and see enough that makes them interested.

"I can just hear somebody say: "Guys, you are the great leaders in ATM, we love that,(it's the main thing that interests us), but you know as well as we, that this lead is temporary and will not last. We can't afford to pay a lot for something that is going to decline in value, even in the relatively short term......."
