Jerome, personally I believe this is the answer. We have to do it ourselves,organize,and set up our own ISP's using ADSL. I think we can,we can become what our forefathers were,entreneurs,each one of us. Each neighborhod,could set up their own local loops,integrate it and eventually hook it into a fiber backbone,like MCI's. Who needs T,the RBOC's,or any large organization. We can do it, its time.
