Basically - you must sell at the bid and buy at the ask - Dont get cute and go between unless they move the bid ofr the ask you may never get filled. If you are on one or the other and have not been filled - get the borker to call the trader. quick story on PLAS - I had 6k at .35 and was trying to sell at .39 with a b/a of .36 x .40 - 4 trades went thru after I placed my bid and they went thru at .40 - I never got filled and eneded up sleling at .16
