Huh? Cluemeter anyone?
What could possibly make someone think that Y2K could or would have any efect on sales at this late date?
Sterling sells to large corporations. Sterling's customer base is fortune 500. All those companies began their Y2K work years ago. They are finishing up.

Sterling may have weak points, but Y2K ain't one of them at this point.

To sell based on Y2K prognostications like this is pure fantasy.

Of course the problem with markets is that they are not rational. So people who make irrational decsions may, by chance, make out simply by accident. Remember the blind baboon throwing darts does better than most "experts".

But Y2K as a reason? Puhleeeeeze.
