I agree. This is too weird. Now maybe I'll get my chance to load up on the cheap.-g-

Actually, this doesn't look like your every day Reg S. For example, it doesn't look like the buyers can just pick up the stock at the market price after 90 days after having bought in at a huge discount to the price at the time of the offer(like some companies we know-g-). It's practically a truISSM that these deals stink. I guess that I'm going to have to wade through the document to figure out what exactly Wind did do here. Still, why didn't they do a non-Reg S private placement? I know of many people that will not touch a stock if there has been any Reg S offerings in a companies past.
