In fact, no one was able to pick up the $1b slack that was a shortfall in LU's revenue. LU's earnings for the next Q have been reduced to 22c; but those lost earnings have not been given to anyone else. Where did they go.? The market is subject to many forces. Take over spec has assisted NN in reaching this valuation. Most will agree that there is some correlation between the take over noise and price. Lately,the take over noise has not been able to drive the price any higher. It could be wise to decipher that.
