If I were the attorney general, I would bring a case against the NY times, editors, and reporters. Why? You have to believe in the process over the result. There are arguments to be made on both sides as to whether their has been violation of the law. The judicial process is the place to resolves these matters. It might also lead to congress amending or changing the law. In any event too many people look for a result and decide to go forward or not based on their result oriented thinking. The correct approach is to not worry about results and follow the correct process and then whatever happens, happens. I wish I was attorney general. Rich
