you can no longer accept that if i stay away from x section of the city i will be safe... safer yes,, but not safe , not any longer Houston has the same problem. I called it "ghetto creep". The inner city ghetto dwellers move out of the blighted areas, but take the ghetto along with them wherever they go, blighting new areas. Derek
