Ali, so you're arguing that it's one grand Ponzi scheme.

There's no proof in your argument, but then again, there isn't any proof against it, either. Maybe that's another reason to expense options.

Of course, if you talk about the money spent toward buying back stock, you should also talk about the money gained from option exercises. It's only fair.
