Unverified, but makes me feel good: ~~~~~~~ TYCO response to my question -re SEC by: gnizer 2/25/00 12:56 pm Msg: 35492 of 35565 We have delivered the information the SEC requested; at this point, the timing is in their hands. We cannon speculate on how long it might take. They have not given us any indication. One thing you should know is that the SEC does literally hundreds of these "non-public informal inquiries" every year. There is no "normal" case, so we cannot attempt a prediction. In any case, Tyco itself is in excellent condition. We are comfortable with consensus estimates for fiscal 2000 earnings, cash flows, and revenue. We expect it to be another record year.
