Joan, we first heard about these bonds on July 17, and the discussion on this thread was mostly negative. Then the stock went up and the subject was dropped. Here is the initial announcement from Yahoo: biz.yahoo.com WIND has had options for about a year, the symbol is QWV. BTW, I think earnings come out sometime this week.
