Tim, I agree there are concerns about the trial and the short term impact of the trial. However, the trial doesn't start up again until mid-april, there's always the chance for a settlement before then (unlikely), and MSFT has a stock split coming up on the 25th. It always has a nice run up before it splits. IMHO - I think we will see 175 - 180 before split (barring any market drop). Jeff
