John,

1. Joint Venture. GOCA opening and managing casino's for the big boys?
2. Possible buyout?
3. Capital investment?
4. Or just a bunch of smoke?
5. Consulting on sports wagering?

1. Jeff, keep in mind that a while back we heard about GOCA offering "turnkey" operations for other casinos seeking to go online or start up a biz. Now, if a company sees this kind of growth with a certain operation, like GOCA has, wouldn't you want to copy the success, pay a few $100k, use your powerful name, and pump your stock to Internet status with a simple negotiation and purchase? I think so! Also, keep in mind that GOCA has Internet Kiosks. These can be nice money honeys if positioned well. This is a possiblity too!

2. Possible Buyout? I doubt it. GOCA has a lot going for them with this and they have more casinos coming. I don't see a buyout coming.

3. Capital Investment? Hmmm..That's a hard one. I don't really see why the need $$, since they have all these hard assets ($5 million) and have hardly any debt. Why do they need $$$? Apparently they have plenty to pay their bills.

4. Smoke? You said it was a rumor. Who knows!

5. Consulting on sports wagering? Nah, I don't think they would deal with the big boys on this one. I think they would buyout an existing operation and make it more profitable and easier to use, thus increasing profitablity and adding a quick asset to their base.

So, what do you think!
