He does seem to have a personal problem with Texas. Now Texas is so large he would have had to spend half his life moving about in hat state to have any opinion at all. I don't think everyone in Washington is stupid due to his postings.

He also seems to have an attitude about so called "red states" getting federal aid for emergencies. Every state has tax payers that pay for those funds. He complains that they want to reduce funding for emergencies, however, that has nothing to do with the "assistance"" when required as it had been paid via that states tax payers.

Seems to me he believes the treasury belongs to the Democrat Party because Obama won election.
