Every time I hear a Demonrat complain about "gridlock" or say that Washington is "broken" I am encouraged.
What they really mean is that the GOP is obstructing them from accomplishing their agenda.
Believe me, that is a good thing.
In the first two years of the Obama administration there was no "gridlock" and according to the Demonrats Washington was working just fine. Obama was President and the Demonrats controlled both houses of Congress. There was nothing to stop them. What was the result? Obamacare was made law over the objections of the GOP and the American people.
Since that time the GOP has had control of the house and managed to obstruct the Demonrats in carrying out other abominations such as amnesty for aliens without closing the borders.
Until Obama and Harry Reid are gone I want more gridlock to stop the Demonrats from further destroying what little we have left of the USA.
Obama has made it plain that when he doesn't agree with Congress he will make law by Imperial Decree. He says he has a pen and will use it. Yes, he is willing to shred the Constitution to get his way.
The Constitution is a working document and establishes a successful form of government only as long as the President is an honorable man. Obama does not care for the Constitution and is not an honorable man. He is perfectly willing to shred the Constitution he swore to defend and act as a despot to accomplish his agenda of cutting the USA down to size.
So the next time you hear a Demonrat complain about gridlock and how Washington is broken, thank God for it. It just means that the Demonrats are not getting their way in carrying out their destructive agenda.
