Stan, I appear to be in the same situation with Ameritrade. I haven't had an opportunity to discuss it with them yet or to check my monthly statement but, within the same timeframe, I was desperately attempting to have my warrants exercised to meet the Feb 5 cutoff date. I appear not to have received the Archie dividends for them though. Tim
