Thanx Elroy, good points. I'd missed noticing the lack of financial terms completely. Your perspective is enlightening. On the 3Com/Netcom dealings...I was only able to find Cisco named at the Netcom web page, didn't spend much time there however. As you say BELFA is worth keeping an eye on as an indicator.
