To patrick and all: SEEQ is in the same business as BRCM but BRCM is growing very fast and SEEQ not at all. So if LSI has great management they should be able to grow SEEQ's business as fast as BRCM which would be good for LSI. If LSI already had everything to to get in this business then LSI management isn't so great and LSI and SEEQ stockholders got a bum deal. I hope we got a good deal and we give BRCM and others a run for their money.
