Tim, I'm a little uninformed on Alliance right now. I do know this though that the Book to Bill was .78 which tells me most of the semi's are struggling a bit. My feeling is that there are an awful lot of stocks going up now and the semi's, except for a few, may be a hold right now.

There was a major push into Biotech on Friday. One issue that I watch quite close is MDRX (Medicus Pharm.). It posted a closing price of 30 1/4. A year and a half ago it was at $1.50. The problem though with these companies is you have to keep up on the approval of each stage of a drug. They have a PE of 29 or so which makes them to me quite undervalued. I say undervalued because this is a cyclical stock and we may be at the beginning of large move forward. The earnings reports for the last 4 quarters have been incredible! It broke out of a small base between 26 and 28 on Thursday. It may not stop until 35-38. If this is a move similiar to the techs last year, you will look back on this as the starting point. Biotechs ALL did well Friday with many breaking out of bases.

I hope this is correct!!!! I am putting money into this issue on Monday.

Thanks for the note!

Rich
