I think the ruling must be quite complicated. Some pieces of the 74 page document from just one of the Justices agreed with parts of the concessus, and other parts didn't....wonder exactly what everything will mean.

Just shows you though....Lawyers, for the White House, Congress, Justice, Pentagon,etc don't always have every single answer on every single issue, no matter how sharp they are.

I do wonder if we will find it worth it to continue to capture non uniformed enemy combatants? Some of them are so bad, their own countries of origin won't take them back.
