Mark,

We all live in world's of our own creation. The risk that the shareholders might throw out current management for a J/L type solution is a direct result of previous management's flirtation and use of J/L. Previous management trained us to be in awe of J/L. I recognize that current management may not believe in J/L and from what little I've been able to glean I strongly agree. But the solution is not to transfer our addiction elsewhere (I'm not saying that is what they are knowingly trying to do). What they should do is have a frank communication with shareholders. Tell us where they currently stand on J/L. Why they are making whatever decision they have made. And outline the type of approaches they are now pursuing and why they believe this may be a fruitful area of investigation. They can give us a lot of information and get all the shareholders informed and hopefully on board. But there is no need to release preliminary numbers. Those numbers are worthless until a complete study has been done, imo. This approach is exactly what Brad is asking for btw. I haven't read his comments as being slavish to J/L. I have read his comments as saying he wants a clear communication regarding the direction management has chosen and why. With that I agree.

Henry
