BD, The J/L people never needed to own a single share of Naxos. They were trying to negotiate a deal where we would exchange a significant share of the company for their process. I have never met Mr Lett nor spoken with him so I have no direct opinion of him. But from what I have seen of their dealings with Naxos I don't like the way they do business. As to possible reactions over the coming weeks I am on record with my opinion that Naxos will not make significant progress until they have performed an audited production assay. Henry
