Details of the event are as follows:

When: Friday, May 15, 2015Time: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time)Duration: 2 hoursWhere: The Hotel Boulderado, 2115 Thirteenth Street, Boulder, Colorado

After the election and voting activities, Tom Zelibor, Chairman and CEO will present a detailed update of the Company's progress.

Immediately following the meeting, the Company will conduct a tour of its new Longmont, Colorado facilities. A shuttle bus service will be provided to transport attending shareholders to-and-from the meeting location.
