To all. Having worked for a very large French company (Elf Aquitaine) I know about Serge Tschuruk. He was Chairman of Rhone Poulenc, the largest French chemical company at the time ( I think in the early '80s ) and he did a hell of a good job to bringing this company from a typical starchy lethargic gov't owned enterprise to a dynamic organization. Then he moved on and after some years became CEO of ALA. I would have a lot of confidence in this man's business savy and if he is after NN he will pull it off.
