There is no question about the healthy extension of contacts with future business values. The key question concerns the nature and timing of acquisitions. Tava's valuation and expanding organization give it a great opportunity to attract privately owned companies with strong earnings by use of stock swaps. This would seem to be the best method for leveraging up Tava's EPS in a timely manner, while also enhancing post-Y2K products, markets and services. JackB
