I just spent a few hours looking at ORL, and they have a very interesting pair of project in Kazakhstan, one for a new Ni mine and one for a new Cr mine. My major concern is the number of shares outstanding and how many more will be issued during the development process. The recent annual report posted on Sedar gives a good overview.

Nor do I think this one necessarily needs to be bought right now, but IMO it's worth keeping an eye on.
