articles and descriptions around this (and I believe Steve Fancy is
correct -- re: being discussed or written about at the annual meeting
in April). Nonetheless (Elmo), no matter what way you "slice the pie"
on the $300M, to me it's still $300M. Every company that I have been
directly (or indirectly) involved with that has been in financial
trouble (thru mis-management, LBO, whatever...) I have seen "any" new
building plans "scrapped". That was always the next thing to go, after
the head-count cuts. Like I said, even in the article I posted, the
real-estate people were "shaking their heads" wondering why they were
going ahead with this. Whatever... what do I know, nothing. Why do
they continually hold (up and onto) that $1.1B? Steve, we're nuts! <G>
