The thirty minute chart couldn't get out of it's own way yesterday. But once thing it did make clear, to me anyway, was that the market couldn't fall apart.

At least not all at once. In other words, if you were Long it moved lower slowly enough to give you a chance to Exit gracefully. So that might be another piece of the Puzzle for you; know your Stops before you get In and Move them appropriately.

Just a thought.
