Brad, "complete and properly prepared press releases" is still a matter of individual need and opinion. This release was proper as far as the comfort level of the board. Let me put it to you this way. Let's say you are on the board. Let's even say YOU are the president and YOUR signature is going on the release, which will be considered a legal document. Let's say you have been doing some testing but not all COC. Let's say you have two labs getting results which "tend to confirm" but since there are no independent observers to absolutely confirm with 100% verification that there is no way any of the ore could have been tampered with, you can't really announce those results with specifics. What are you willing to sign your name to? But at the same time you have tested COC ore and feel compeled to tell shareholders what you have gotten. It's a tight rope at best.

We need more information, of course. And I think Jerards suggestion to get Kim back on the thread is an excellent one. But we can't expect Naxos at this point to fill up a release with information which will not stand up to stiff cross examination as the case may be.

What we can expect at a MINIMUM is to be told about the results of COC testing. We can expect that if we are not satisfied with the format or content of a release we can call and try and get the answers we want or need. We can also expect that if we are still not satisifed, your broker will accept your sell order...no problem.

Make up your mind Brad. If you feel these "practices have been abused in the past" what makes you stay around? If you really have an open mind about J/L, why do most of your questions seem to look for verification that J/L deserves another chance and very few indicate any doubt about J/L in the face of NO results to date? One would think after spending a few hundred grand of Naxos' money, you might be more incredulous that J/L hasn't given us anything for it. You ask for much more detail from Naxos but don't give an equally stiff demand from J/L. I think that is what Mark infers in your questions.

The release you are searching for will NEVER come out of Naxos. It's that simple. Now it's your choice to call, to stay or to go.

Good luck in any regard,

Tom F.
