Marc,
I currently own four Macs, and have had at least one since the first Plus came out. I am a dedicated owner, although I'm still pissed at Apple for losing the battle to MSFT years ago. For the old timers, finding the machine is no problem. Mail order is a viable alternative for me. My point was that in the retail arena, Macs are not very prevalent and in fact are darned hard to find even in a decent sized city. You need to remember too Marc, that if I'm a first time computer buyer, one of the 50%, I can't do the web search because I don't have the ability - no computer. Apple needs retail outlets.

If Apple is to succeed, most especially with PC converts, there needs to be a retail presence and there has to be the software. I think that there is a huge problem with both. -Keith-
