Andreas: Thanks for your opinion. Whats your long-term view of MTLS/FRAC's stock action? FYI: FRAC should report 1st qtr earnings sometime this week (4/28 to 5/5) Also, EDGAR has a MTLS 4/25/97 10-K 405/A Andreas: If you add up FRAC & MTLS cash can you then come close to a book-value? What do you think the combined FRAC/MTLS stock will begin to trade at?
