All: Following is pure back-of-jeans conjecture, with no news, tips, whispers, or other hearsay source basis. Telecomm stuff of the wireless variety seems destined to be a pretty decent growth industry for the foreseeable future. IC's, particularly GaAs IC's, seem the present top-of-the-line gear. A recent post alluded to ANAD's having 90% of one of the markets in which it participates. Is this co. (in which I'm long a very few shares) a likely takeover target? Or is the medicine cab. loaded up with poison pills? There is one outfit I'd like to have courting it, cuz' I'd love to have some of it's shares, but won't mention it by name, or sure as hell, it'll become some wild and wooly rumor. Hard not to be delighted with companies recent performance, tho. After the third day of great pops last week, I thought for sure buy-out news was right around the corner. Any thoughts? Feelings? Unmitigated conjecture? Lee Clue. LU
