My unscientific sampling for popularity:

shareware.com reports top ten shareware download for last
week:

(6) MCAF antivirus tool around 11,800
(10) NAV tool (with anti-Hare virus add-ons) around 10,300.
MCAF has been on chart for 12 weeks, and NAV just entered
the chart last week (guess it must be for the fear of Hare...)

These are the only two antivirus tools listed in top ten.

What about the official market share which are not for
free? :) any ideas as for how much MCAF has gain over Norton
this year?
