Zeev,

I agree with your opinion that we are in for a upward positive bias in the market direction over the short term. It looks like that trend should continue at least through the first quarter of calendar year '97 if it does not rise too fast. I wonder how long it can continue on a reasonable growth rate punctuated by 4-8% corrections. I also agree that we are in danger of a correction on the scale of the one we seem to have just pulled out of, if, in fact, the market does rise too far, too fast. If the Dow does rise to its previous high, and the NASDAQ does the same, we may see an earnings sparked correction such as the Motorola correction in July.

By the way, what do you mean when you talk about the "out-going tick"? Is it mutual fund redemptions?
