Yeah, but you are also talking about $1 billion of extra stock dilution for 2X sales. Isn't that some 38.46 million extra LSI shares if its an all stock deal? Symbios was a nice all cash deal, that enhanced shareholder value, putting corporate cash to work. A huge stock dilution would hurt shareholder value and I hope they know that. I own both companies and really hope they don't combine. However, someone will pay more than $17 for VLSI, just don't let it be LSI.
