Andrew,

I'm getting roughly the same figures your getting. What we are not realizing is that when these preferred shares get converted we will be able to establish a book value per common share which base on your conversion est. would put us at apprx. $1 book value per common share.
Which why the stock has not crash but is actually undervalue at this moment. Though I'm out of ISGI I will be back in soon. It seem ISGI is usually price at 5x book value.
