Dear Gregor: I have always felt that way, too. I believe it was C.S. Lewis that said that God's perspective is like He is viewing a great eternal tapestry all laid out before him so that he can see all things and all times at one time. Thus, while he is interacting with Abraham, he is listening to us and answering our prayers. If this perspective is even somewhat close to reality, then you would be right that the Lord would honor a prayer even before it is actually spoken. Amen for that. In Christ, Tom
