I found this info again, though a little bit old. Looks like this group likes to accumulate between 14 - 15. Clal Grp/Orckit Communications -2:Holds 3.19M Ordinary Shrs WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A group including Clal Electronics Ventures Ltd. lifted its stake in Orckit Communications Ltd. (ORCTF) to 18.98%. In a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it bought 172,500 ordinary shares between Feb. 19 and March 2 at prices ranging from $14.25 to $15 a share and currently holds 3.19 million shares of the Israeli designer, developer, manufacturer and marketer of digital subscriber line systems.
