Ritter, who was there practically from the start (let me remind you that you were not) has maintained firmly that the vast majority of the weapons were destroyed up until 1998. Furthermore, for eight full years during Clinton's administration Saddam was absolutely, unequivocally and easily contained. So much so that bush had to resort to distortions and exagerations to create the "case" for an attack.

There was NO UNFETTERED ACCESS.

That's a lie and no reasonable person would argue with it. The entire UN, Blix, Baradei, and a majority of the nations on the UN security council supports my position. Yours is only suppported by the coalition of the incapable (and Faux news).
