It's called "front running: analyst's upgrade." Illegal as hell, but done anyway... We usta be so blissfully ignorant of these shennigans in the olden daze B4N (before the 'net,) .... now we see it up close and personal and don't recognize it. Don't worry, the brokerage firm stocked up on shares and fed them to the duped which was the purpose for the sell-off, and then the frenzy, and then the subsequent sell-off again...It's called generating commissions just before quarter's end, or window dressing. ...it will cool off and sag back to these levels again ...it always does You want to play ORCTF? Buy Lucent...LU's major financing them if you do your due dilly... G/L. O/49r
