7 Said Hurt in Palestinian Prison Blast IBRAHIM BARZAK Associated Press GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - A huge explosion rocked the central Palestinian prison in Gaza City after sundown Thursday, Palestinian security officials said, and hospital doctors said at least seven people were wounded. It was not immediately known what caused the explosion. The prison, run by the Palestinian Authority, houses criminals, suspected collaborators with Israel and violators of the truce called by the three main Palestinian groups on June 29, halting attacks against Israelis.
