I may be reading your problem wrong, but are you saying that you can open the jpegs by starting Photodraw and then finding the file you want to open by going to file/open and browsing to the jpeg? If this is correct you have lost the association between MS Photo Draw and jpegs. If this is the case, you should be able to re-associate the filetype (jpeg) with Photo Draw by right-clicking the file while holding down the shift key and choosing "open with" from the dropdown menu. This will bring up the Open With box where you can scroll down to Photo Draw, select it by clicking on it and if you want to make this program your default jpeg viewer, put a check in the "always use this program to open this file" box. Hope this helps.
