What are you talking about? She was approached by a conservative front group for the purpose of filing a lawsuit. Either she declined or there wasn't enough of a case, or both. Prove it. Not that it COULDN'T have happened (hell, it IS politics). But I don't believe it DID happen. Any lawsuit (criminal or civil) would have been barred by the statute of limitations. He was demonized for blowing a lot of money on nothing. He stretched out his actions as long as possible You and I can disagree on this until the cows come home. There really isn't any point.
