I'm answering my own previous question in case there is anyone else out there following this thread who owns preferred shares of ATI. I received the following info from ATI today:


6% Class B preferreds will automatically convert to 0.806 ATI shares on
the
day of the change of ownership. Upon merger they would receive the same
merger considerations as all other common shareholders.
4.25% Class C preferreds are convertible to 1.379 ATI shares at the
option
of the holder. Cs don't have to convert and can stay outstanding and
become
convertible into merger consideration.
