Anybody buying VLSI will replace all of its management. Don't worry thought, I bet they will all get golden parachuts.

By the way, yes I think if LSI were to buy VLSI, LSI will tank - wow!! Another great buying opportunity like last fall with Symbios and the layoffs! I'm ready to buy more!
