Here are some preliminary criterion that Naxos has in regards to labs doing work for us:

1. Ability to do bulk testing of 25,50 and 100 pounds.
2. Experience with fluorine, iodine, bromine, chlorine, thiourea, and or thiosulfate leaching, "PROVIDING" that they have been able to take the results out of solution TO METAL. Any processes other than the above, we will gladly look at provided that there is a logical chance of the process being taken to metal.
3. Willingness to sign mutual non-disclosure statements.
4. Experience in building pilot plants or carrying a project all the way to production.
5. Good technical reputation.
6. Reasonable front end costs.
7. Willingness to work with Naxos, understanding that Naxos is having other entities examining Naxos material.
