UN? Who needs the UN (which is still running a bunch of Balkan countries years after their wars ended.) By June the Iraqis will be running their country and our troops will effectively be out of the Iraqi picture, other than as a stability guarantee. As soon as the Iraqis feel they can militarily control the insurgents we will be for the most part out of Iraq for good.
