The first thing we know is that at least one deal is being
negotiated.

Next, I don't believe the management at Dimethaid would delay
telling bad news. So, I believe negotiations are continuing
towards an agreement.

Next, while this process takes months, Rebecca 'believed' she
would have a deal by May 31. There were no change statements
in the financial results comments and up to May 05, she has
not felt the need to tell shareholders she no longer believes
that they can meet this date.

Also, an agreement can be announced once the key issues are
resolved even if some parts remain to be determined.

Lastly, I don't believe for a second that large corporations
with the equipment and the know-how will walk away from this
lucrative right-now money easily. And its a lot of money.

In my warped mind, I'm in a can't lose position. If the deal
is announced we're on our way. If it isn't; but, I can hear
its just delayed, my next buys should be cheap.

I posted a while ago that it takes only $170 million US in sales
to achieve a conservative $15. share price. The bottom of my
target range is $25 in May 01. My calculations are based
strictly on Pennsaid.

I will take bets that an announcement comes on May 21.
