i spent almost two years there loved it. outside cherry hill, and close to philly. now i am out side king of prussia and close to philly. difference i see is new jersey is very congested and mostly flat in south part. in chester country is hilly, small roads more rural, and less congested. plus my reference is from 1972/74 in n.j. and now 2006.
I find housing costs here around philly one of the cheapest in northeast, also chicago, los angles and washington d.c. area. the house you buy in souther new jersey or in counties outside philly would run you double in those other areas.
